Defender Voice
The Defender “Series” is MissionMobility’s most rugged and scalable
baseband communication solutions supporting Everything-Over-IP (EoIP). The Defender
“Voice”, a derivative of the Defender Series, provides a simplified
approach to the deployment of networking, Voice and IP solutions. The added Voice
capabilities support analog telephones to IP conversion at the remote site; providing
RJ11 (2-wire) connections, supporting four (4) Standard POTS phones simultaneously
to a SIP Phone Switch, CISCO Call Manager, or other 3rd Party VoIP Switch.
Benefits
- Delivers analog telephone circuits over IP Wide Area Network (WAN)
- Converts Voice over IP (VoIP) to POTS voice, (for example Connection to CISCO Call
Manager)
- Efficient, high quality voice over low bandwidth IP
Key Features
- Supports typically 10-20 tactical users
- Maintains up to 4 port solutions (analog to VoIP)
- 2 Wire interfaces (FXS and FXO available)
- Voice compression as low as 5.3kbps
- Real time Transport Protocol (RTP) optimization
- Compatible with CISCO Mobile Access Router or Call Manager
- Robust power options for maximum adaptability
- Standard Configuration includes MissionMobility Dashboard Tool (GUI)
- Operates in the harshest environments, with operating in temperatures up to 60°C/140°F
- Scalable Network Capabilities to meet the needs of the mission
- Supports multiple encryption devices providing both interface and power support
for devices including KG-175D, SecNet54, KG-250X, KG250 allowing users a wide range
of encryption options with no concern of types of power available
- Utilizes standard MIL-Spec 2590 Lithium Ion battery (included) with integrated 50
Watt charger providing true UPS support
- Standard configuration (DEF-INSSW/NMSW15) provides 7 accelerated client user ports
(including 4 PoE for peripheral devices, such as VoIP phones) and 3 router interface
ports (configurable for multiple WAN connections simultaneously) per enclave
