Preventative/ Sustainment Maintenance
MissionMobility’s Preventative Maintenance or Sustainment Maintenance provides
a quarterly visit to the customer’s site to perform complete internal cleaning
and repair of worn parts and cables for our Baseband Communication Solutions or
Base Stations (Gateways).
This is used where multi-equipment is located, saving the customer time and money
by having a MissionMobility Engineer on-site to complete inspections and perform
needed tasks.
Our maintenance is available in annual increments or in multi-year contracts and
includes the following:
• Devices will be inspected and cleaned. Any parts found to be damaged due
to standard wear will be replaced.
• The customer will receive a statement of work prior to our Field Service
Engineer’s arrival on-site.
• If item is found to be inoperative, our Field Service Engineer will attempt
repair on-site. If unable to repair, an RMA will be issued to the customer.
