the network between a mobile baseband solution and the base station (gateway) demarcation
point. This option can be purchased with our without hardware maintenance.
Our Support Engineering includes:
• Tier 3 support within 1 hour
» Immediate transfer to a Field Service Engineer on call, via 24/7 Help Desk
• Configuration assistance for MissionMobility sold devices in relation to
Mobile/Base system architecture
• Troubleshooting assistance for MissionMobility sold devices in relation
to Mobile/Base system architecture
• Reconfiguration support via email and phone using spare equipment maintained
by the buyer
